We are a fully insured cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction.

What about pets?

During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you’d like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

Our Warranty To You

Dust Busters Cleaning Service would never want you to live with a dirty ceiling fan or wastebasket we may have overlooked. If you find yourself unhappy with your recent housecleaning service, feel free to contact us. Our team of professionals are happy to come back and re-clean the areas that did not live up to your expectations. Simply reach out to us within 24 hours of your last service and we’ll resolve the issue at no extra cost.

How do I pay?

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. Most of our valued customers leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter, but we also accept credit card payments. If you do choose to write us a check, please make it payable to Dust Busters.

What we DO NOT clean?

 Our professional housecleaning services are designed to keep your home comfortable and clean. We customize services to accommodate your preferences so you never have to worry about paying for a service you don’t need or want.

To ensure we provide your home with the highest quality of care, we don’t :

  • Clean toys
  • Clean the inside of your fireplace
  • Pick up clutter (toys, laundry)
  • Do laundry
  • Wash dishes

We want to make sure that all of your belongings are in the right place when we leave, which is why we leave these organizational tasks to you. However, we’re happy to clean the inside of your cabinets, stove, and refrigerator upon request.

What if something is damaged?

 At Dust Busters Cleaning Service, we treat every home with respect. Accidents do happen if anything breaks during our service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item. We are fully insured, so claims can be filed when appropriate.

What if something is missed?

We’re happy to correct our mistakes at no additional cost to you when you call us within 24 hours of your most recent service.

Do I need to be home for every cleaning?

No. Because we work on an 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, Monday to Friday, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our insured housecleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or garage code.
